I have to say, I'm nervous. I bought a used Quad 400 - a nice crossbow - and took it in to have a new string and even a crank put on it.

This was done after the season. I managed to take a nice 9 pt. Meanwhile, I contacted you guys and all I wanted were new limbs. So while I was waiting for a response, I purchased a new Barton x385.

You have me nervous. Did I make a mistake in choosing to buy from you if this is how customer service is?

I'm still waiting to know if you have limbs for my Quad 400. Meanwhile, the new one is still being shipped.

Missing part on purchase

I purchased a new cross bow and the foot bracket was missing from the package. I call customer service and they shipped out the part and I had it in two days. Great customer service, friendly and fast.
Thank you Barnett, I cant wait to make some memories.

My crossbow I paid for never shipped

Ordered blackcat crossbow never shipping info, you charged my credit card on 11/15/2023 , I called and emailed over 10 times no return call or email, you phone prompt says you will return calls within 24 hours , terrible customer service, I will let others in my hunting club know, I want a full refund at this point, will buy another brand

I sent a email about a problem that was found and was in communication with them. As soon as I sent a message about how about I would get replacement part now no answer back. The crossbow is only a little over a month old. Completely unacceptable what customer service is doing right now
