Barnett Crossbows

I bought a Barnett 385 XP one year ago and the limbs are splitting. I've only ever used it for target practice, maybe 30 shots.

I bought a 370 about 2 weeks ago at Walmart I finally got time to sight it in Saturday I shot it about 10 times and the right upper limb splintered and the one below it snapped . I really need a replacement part asap because it's deer season and I don't have a crossbow to hunt with. Please help me the bow has not been dropped or dry fired thank you

I have to say, I'm nervous. I bought a used Quad 400 - a nice crossbow - and took it in to have a new string and even a crank put on it.

This was done after the season. I managed to take a nice 9 pt. Meanwhile, I contacted you guys and all I wanted were new limbs. So while I was waiting for a response, I purchased a new Barton x385.

You have me nervous. Did I make a mistake in choosing to buy from you if this is how customer service is?

I'm still waiting to know if you have limbs for my Quad 400. Meanwhile, the new one is still being shipped.

The bolt threads that hold the scope assembly on are stripped and won't hold the scope in place. The bow won't hold zero.

I purchased a 370 crossbow off of amazon last week and it was suppose to come with a red dot scope. It did not!

I soent alot of money for something i did not get all of what i was promised! This is bad for business! I do t want anything special, just what i payed for! I got a scooe cover, but bo scope!

Its hunting season and this is the first time i can BFF o hunting in fourty years and this weekend was suppose to be d day! Now god only knows when ill get to go!

The cocking system broke when trying to pull back the very first time so send in get a new one go to pull back again to maybe finally get sighted in seems bow opener is 8 days away now and of course that one breaks also so needless to say the cocking system on the bow is completely garbage for a bow that's the amount of this bow truly feel I should get some sort of credit or something for having to deal with this being so close to hunting season I did order the rope cocker as the bow didn't come with one so hopefully that is at least here before opener and then no more issues Acura

Not sure what happened was cranking and string broke ?? Spool doesnt seem to turn only crank handle is ok .

I bought a barnett crossbow at walmart yester day december 1st. On december the 2nd i went to line the scope up and shot it 4 times now it wont come off saftey unless i have some one with me that will pull the string back wile i take it off safety and fire its not safe please replace it or fix mine or give me my money back please

The Barnett game crusher crossbow 3.0 string holder in the firing position let go and fired unexpectedly and almost took my fingers off

Need help with Assembly instructions are difficult to read need technical support help please provide assistance, so I do not have to return this crossbow. Thank you. I cant think of anything else I can say to get this message to go through

I ordered a bow before Christmas and paid for 2nd day air. It never got shipped.

I called and they gave me the standard apology and stated they will refund my shipping costs and send it overnight since I explained I was leaving for a hunting trip in 3 days. 2 days later I am now informed it won't arrive until tomorrow after my departure time.

I have to cancel my trip now. Horrible experience and will never order from them again

String dampener broke and the string is rubbing one of the cams.i just noticed the string rubbing the cam.what do I need to do to get fixed bow season is here.i shot it probably 6 times this year practicing.
